Restoring Balance: A Supportive Circle for Teachers Navigating Change

A Space for Teachers, Education Staff, and Families to Reflect and Restore While Navigating Change

If you’re looking for a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and restore — you’re welcome here. This circle is a safe, non-political space created for Alberta teachers, education staff, and their families who are navigating ongoing change and uncertainty.

Join others who understand the challenges of teaching in today’s environment. Together, we’ll focus on coping, healing, and renewing resilience — so you can continue to show up with strength, balance, and care, both in and outside the classroom.

No politics. No pressure. Just support.

About the Workshop

Teaching is one of the most meaningful—and demanding—professions.
The added stress of rapid change and uncertainty about the future can leave educators feeling depleted, isolated, or anxious.

• Understanding your stress and nervous system
• Simple techniques for emotional regulation (EFT, breathwork, micro-boundaries)
• Heart-Assisted Therapy (HAT) for calm and coherence
• Small group sharing in a safe, non-judgmental virtual environment
• A sense of community and renewed clarity of purpose
