Amy Cuddy – Videos
Amy Cuddy is a Social psychologist and an Associate Professor at Harvard Business School. Her research has found that our body postures influence how we feel about ourselves and how we portray ourselves to others. More interestingly, is that her research has found that holding certain “power” poses for about two minutes is enough to begin having an impact on our internal states, level of confidence (increased testosterone) and level of stress (reduced Cortisol).
