I joined PsychSolutions in October 2022 and am thrilled to be part of the team! With over 5 years of experience in client service roles, I am passionate about supporting people in meaningful ways. My undergraduate degree in Public Health highlighted the multifaceted nature of health, with mental health being a vital component of overall well-being. I understand that seeking a therapist takes courage, and my goal is to ensure you feel safe, welcomed, and supported at our clinic.

In my role as Team Lead, I provide first-line support and guidance to our administrative contractors, therapists, and interns, helping ensure smooth clinic operations. I oversee the onboarding process for new team members, lead training initiatives, and work to improve client support and services to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. These efforts align with our goal of supporting long-term growth and delivering the highest quality care to our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family—camping, gardening, or riding bikes together.
